Lt Col Rob Thomson, commanding officer 2 Rifles, will speak about his own and the battalion's experiences in Helmand in a talk which is sure to be enlightening, uplifting and, above all, not to be missed.
Tickets for the talk, which is being organised by the Royal Green Jackets (Rifles) museum to benefit regimental charities, cost £25.00 per person (£20.00 for friends of the museum, the Rifles and RGJ regimental associations and serving officers and soldiers in the regular and Territorial Army). The ticket price includes wine or soft drinks and canapés before the talk. Members of the public are welcome.

At the request of the commanding officer, there will be a retiring collection after the talk in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund. Seats are limited, to avoid disapointment book early !!
